ASM Abdul Motin

A voluntarily retired Squadron Leader of Bangladesh Air Force. He was adjusted the best flight cadet for General Service Training and was awarded commandants trophy, by the President during his Graduation from the Air Force Academy.

He received his Instructor Pilot Course and Flight Simulator course from two most famous institutions of the USA, Flight Safety and Bell Academy. He was a VVIP cleared captain in Bangladesh air force and he flew many head of the government and state both from home and abroad. He carried out various missions such as disaster management, air transportation, logistics support, troopTMs movement, relief operations and insurgency etc. He also flew as a pilot for the UN peace keeping in Iraq and Kuwait. He was awarded the Chief of the Air StaffTMs Commendation Certificate for valuable service render to the Bangladesh.

After his distinguished career in the air force he has consulted both home and abroad mainly upon business development and strategies. He enjoys keeping busy with the philosophical thoughts mainly based upon life and Islam.

M Mahtab Ali

Has an extensive employment history summing up 25 years work experience both in Civil and Military organizations. Having his business graduation and expertise, he has served in senior management capacity in multinational organizations such as Grameen Phone (Telenor) for more than eight years. He contributed a lot for shaping the organization from scratch to present day position. He commanded training institute of Bangladesh  Air Force and held very sensitive appointments. He is qualified Air Traffic Controller. He retired voluntarily as a Squadron leader from Bangladesh Air Force in 2000.
Beside his MBA and numerous professional courses he achieved two diploma on management and leadership from the National University of Singapore and the IFL Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden. He is trained for lifeline management during earthquake or any disaster. He was also trained on security management and intelligence from national reputed organizations.
He is a highly experienced and inventive person with a clear focus on business competitiveness. Business continuity and crisis management are other areas of his interest. He actively participated in national and international security forum and contributed a lot. Mr. Ali is someone who never stops listening, watching, learning and appreciating other people's experiences and how to grow from them. He enjoys traveling. He also loves to stand beside the poor and helpless people.

Sajjad Rashed

Mr. Sajjad Rashed, an Ex Faujian (Faujdarhat Cadet College) got commission in Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) in 1984. He was a qualified operational helicopter pilot of (BAF), who voluntarily retired from service as Squadron Leader. He was a Qualified Flying Instructor too. He is also intelligence qualified officer from School of Military Intelligence. He served many appointments in BAF, especially ADC to Chief of Air Staff. He also served in the joint services as Adjutant of Jhenida Cadet College.

After retirement from the Air Force, Mr. Rashed started his business by representing multinational companies both in civil and military field. He has successfully implemented a few big projects in military sectors.

He is a socially individual who is always persistently involved in the activities of Ex CadetTMs Association, Retired Armed Forces Welfare Association and engaging himself actively to the social charity. 

Syed Zahirul Islam

Having 18 years of experience in information technology, development & communication industry. Verifiable track record for the successful completion of multi-million dollar projects through coordinating, developing partnerships, and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, officials, vendors, and clients while maintaining costs. Versed in contact negotiations, project estimating, impending design problems, document preparation, building code, regulations and site management.

Beside his core Information Technology background & business MBA, some of his career achievement highlights are; he is a seasoned professional with outstanding project planning, execution, monitoring and resource balancing skills with ability to support multiple simultaneous projects. Skilled at leading teams to higher levels of project delivery including project management offices, project portfolio management, governance, methodologies, toolkits, training, mentoring, coaching, assessments, and quality reviews. Roles of increasing responsibility as individual contributor, consultant, manager and director in project management leadership, sales engineering, and business process consulting. Has many years of very successful program, project, and business management; including application development, Sarbanes-Oxley re-engineering, Business Intelligence, Sales Force Automation, CRM, ERP, network integration, call center implementations, infrastructure upgrades, business solutions and other areas. Recognized for strategic thinking, technical expertise, implementation abilities, and innovation while handling tough assignments and providing quality results. Superior coordination of user acceptance testing and QA of final IT infrastructure and software development deliverables through iterative evolutions. Have strong customer service attitude, exceptional organizational ability and communication skills with leadership qualities. And finally, his personal attributes are; he loves photography & travelling.
